The Color Story of Nile Reverie

Every collection has its own palette — but Nile Reverie has three. Each one enters the same world from a different door.

Nile Reverie — Luxe

This is the ceremonial colorway. Creamy limestone neutrals grounded by obsidian black, lit up by jewel-tone accents drawn from temple interiors and ceremonial jewelry — lapis, carnelian, gilded gold. It's a palette that knows exactly how powerful it is. Regal without being stiff. Modern without losing its ancient soul.

Nile Reverie — Relic

Where Luxe dresses for ceremony, Relic has been left out in the sun for three thousand years — and is more beautiful for it. Sun-warmed sand and clay reds meet deep weathered greens, the color of oxidized copper. This is the palette of carved stone reliefs, of artifacts touched by time, of a world that has outlasted everything around it. Quiet, earthy, and completely commanding.

Nile Reverie — Dunes & Petals

The most romantic of the three. Sun-faded rose, pale desert taupe, gentle turquoise — the colors of painted palace walls at dawn, of lotus ponds in early morning light. Where Luxe and Relic carry weight and drama, Dunes & Petals is a breath. Softer, dreamier, but no less considered.

Three colorways. One story. All available for textile and wallpaper licensing — inquiries welcome.

Ellie Day Spoerer

I’m Ellie Day, a surface pattern designer creating hand-painted prints for textiles, wallpaper, and home interiors. Every collection begins in my Chicago studio with brush, ink, and a story—often shaped by history, nature, and feminine symbolism, then modernized with bold, expressive color. With roots in the fashion industry, my motifs are designed with movement, scale, and emotion in mind, from romantic florals to confident illustrative work. I paint each element by hand before translating it digitally, preserving the texture, charm, and authenticity of the original artwork. My patterns are crafted to bring joy, narrative, and artistic soul to the spaces and products they live on.
